Select one of our following monthly packages starting as low as $10.15/day.  

Standard lot size

Includes typical residential properties with:

Standard driveway - vehicles parked single file

Single sidewalk frontage

Front walkway if applicable

Regular lot width

Heavy snowfall surcharge $100 plus GST - when applicable

Medium Lot or Corner Lot

Higher priority service

Applies to properties with:

Larger or longer driveways

Double driveway width - larger parking area

Additional sidewalk frontage

Corner lots requiting clearing of two sidewalks

Heavy snowfall surcharge $100 plus GST - when applicable

Clearing windrows from city plows, packed snow (from before service start date), ice build up (between services, or warmer weather snow melt build-up), are not included in base price by default.  These conditions do not occur equally at all properties.  If you require any of the above items cleared please contact the office and we can arrange for an estimate.

If you are having trouble getting into your drive way, or snow banks are getting too high we can come too remove the snow and get you back into your drive way.  (Charged per hour, minimum of 3 hours and 1 hour of hauling required )

Dump trailer hauling - smaller amounts of snow (2 hour minimum)               $50/hour

Tandem truck hauling - larger capacity hauling (3 hour minimum)            $120/hour
